ELIZABETH A. RILEY'S practice includes estate planning, probate, trust administration, guardianships and conservatorships. She has been in the legal field for over ten years, and more than half of that has been spent in her area of practice. Before law school, Elizabeth worked at a law firm in Fremont, California as a legal assistant, where she became well versed in trust and estate issues. This experience gave her the passion and expertise that she continues to develop as an advocate in this area of law. Elizabeth is caring and compassionate, and helps guide her clients to understand the complexities of the law when establishing a trust, will, powers of attorney or advocating for a trustee, executor, personal representative, beneficiary, guardian or conservator. Before returning to trust and estate law following law school, Elizabeth practiced family law for over a year, where she developed a deeper understanding of property, financial, and family relationship issues, all of which have significant cross over into her trust and estate practice. This makes Elizabeth keenly aware of particular issues that may come up when developing an appropriate and personalized estate plan for her clients. Elizabeth graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2014. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2014. Elizabeth serves on the Board of Directors for Eastern Alameda County Bar Association, and is also a member of the Alameda, Contra Costa, and San Joaquin County Bar Associations. When Elizabeth is not assisting clients, she enjoys spending time with her family, training for athletic events, and spending time outdoors. She is married and lives with her husband in Mountain House, California.
